This is due to a faulty fuse. Locate the fuse box and replace the turn signal fuse. If this doesn't work it is the bulb itself.

You need to check your fuses. It could be two different fuses. If it is blown that is your problem.

Well it sounds like you have a wiring issue. Either your flasher is bad, the wiring is wrong or the wrong bulb was place in the wrong location.

first you should look for a device called FLASHER SWITCH in your vehicle may be it is faulty or maybe its not there in your vehicle.
