On a 1999 Dodge Caravan nearly all the components are hard to replace. The engine compartment is very small and was originally put together from the bottom up. The belts and hoses are the main trouble spot for this vehicle.

It is not so hard to change look under the motor and you will see it. Take the wires loose housing bolts out and reverse and replace with new.

Because the former owners always forget to include the dedicated screw when they sell the car. Ask your local dealer!
