There are a number of reasons he may not be responding. He might be shy and not know what to say to you, or he might not be a friendly person. Or maybe he doesn't hear you. Good luck next time!

Perhaps he is shy. Maybe he doesn't like you. Maybe he's afraid of you. There are many reasons, but to really find out, just ask him. Say, "Hello. Why don't you speak to me? Have I done something to offend you? " That way, you'll know the real answer.

He may not be interested at this time. Sometimes guys just don't notice particular girls unless they stand out in some way. However, if you are content to show friendly interest in him by saying "hello" or talking to him in other ways, he may begin to notice you.
