Why does my Toyota Camry misfire when I throttle up?

If there is a misfire when under acceleration this is typically due to a timing issue. Make sure it is timed right and your plug are good and gapped correctly.

Most likely the problem is caused by bad spark plug and/or spark plug wire. Also potentially could be a problem with your fuel injection system. Check/replace the spark plug and spark plug wire first before worrying about fuel injection since that is a vastly more simple fix.
