A misfire can be caused by a problem in the ignition and fuel system. You will want to check the spark plugs and spark plug wires first. Then you will want to ensure that the timing belt and fuel system are in good and function order. Finally ensure that all gaskets are good and fluids topped off.

It sounds like you have a ignition problem. Probably a messed up coil or your engine may be out of time. Check your plugs and do a tune up.

Sounds like you may have a shorted fuel injector that is wide open. Causing the fuel to flood in the engine. Test ohm's across the injector terminals, reading should be between 30 to 70 ohm's. What you are looking for is the injector that the reading is way off on. Replace fuel injector as needed. Reassemble to recheck system.

The most probable is it's timing. Timing may caused by bad ECU, unconditioned EFI, or timing belt needs a replacement. Worst, if petrol is contaminated.
