I think it's a reflex. There's the element of surprise. You never know when it's coming. We all have different tickle spots. Some people don't have tickle spots. I think its reflex, playfulness, and the element of surprise.

The nerves of your skin and hairs are being stimulated. Some people don't laugh, some laugh hard. It all depends on how sensitive YOU are.
