Most squeak becuase they are excited or they are seeking attention. Some even run around their cage real fast while they are squeaking.

Squeaking usually means that they want food (they will often do it at the sound of the fridge or the rustle of a hay bag), or it could be that they are scared to be separated from a friend. If they squeak while peeing it might be a UTI - take them to a qualified exotics vet.

If they squeake alot give them attention, lots! If they bite your leg, arm, finger or hand, it might swell up but it will go away!

for the same reason dogs bark and cats meow--it's the way they communicate. The intensity ofd the sounds they make determine the distress or contentment they feel. Low volume squeaking indicates happiness.

Many reasons. Squeaking for food is normal (i. e. when the fridge opens or they hear the hay bag rustling). They might also call to another pig if they are separated from them. Squeaking in pain, e. g. while peeing or pooping, is a sign of illness (UTI/stones). Take your pet to an EXOTICS (not ordinary) vet if you notice painful squeaking.
