The singer is Rome (the stage name for R&B singer Jerome Woods. The name of the song is "I Belong To You (Everytime I See Your Face)", and the actual lyrics are "Everytime I think about your love It drives me crazy. " The group Blazin Squad does a version also.

I don't think you got that quite right, but it sounds very similar to "I Belong to You" by Blazin' Squad. "Every time I see your face it makes me want to sing, and every time I think about your love it drives me crazy"... is that it?

It is either Rome or Blazin Squads "I Belong To You. " Though, there are very many songs out there that have similar sounding lyrics are you sure you got them right?
