Costumes shops would and should usually carry them. You can also get it online, just type it "fake blood" in a popular search engine and lots of links should pop up. You can also make fake blood by mixing some red paint with a little bit of black paint to make it look realistic

Any costume store or magic shop, some craft or hobby shops have it too, but usually only carry it for Halloween. You could also buy it online from any number of places. Alternatively, you could make your own from corn syrup and food coloring, for example. By experimenting with the formula you can get the color and consistency you want.

You can obtain this from any art and craft store. Try Michael's if you have one close by. Try Dollar Tree i'm sure they will have it.

You can buy fake blood for a costume at a party store such as Iparty. Any costume shop sells fake blood, and do not forget you can buy anything online.
