Use a black hooded sweatsuit, add felt "ears" on the hood. Use a piece of black fabric as the cape. Use fabric paint to add the logo to the chest.

Buy a pair of black girls' tights, purchase a cheap vampire cape, or make one from a black cloak, stencil a yellow batman on the back. Buy a body tight and stencil a yellow batman on the front. Buy a cheap mask and you are all set!
