I like to find kitchen tile design ideas on home improvement shows or websites. These website will frequently have user galleries as well as very detailed tutorials to help you complete the project.

The best place to look would be Better Homes and Gardens magazines, specifically the ones for Kitchens and Bathrooms. Also, stores such as Lowes and Home Depot may have design books. Interior decorators could come up with specific ideas for your kitchen. Artwork and patterns for other uses may give you ideas if you want to come up with something yourself.

You should be able to find those in any hardware store. You will want to go in and ask where they are kept.
