You could try your local library and look for books about gazebos. They might even include a few blueprints on how to build them. And, as always, online has numerous sites dedicated the marvels of the modern gazebo.
They have many outdoor decoration books at the home stores. Also the library has diagrams on how to make and assemble one. Make sure your area is big enough to hold a grand one.
