In chatbox, emotions are right above the place where you type message, there is horizontal bar showing font, winks and emotions etc.You can send emotions from there mostly represented by a smily :-), when you click it, you will see all emotions and send desired ones. In Email you will find emotions in the horizontal area above your working space.
