You can find local chat rooms by using Yahoo or Google to search for free chat rooms and include the name of the City you're in or your zip code.

I would go to Craigslist,and look under the directory.There should be a local section for the area that you live in,and discussion groups on all kinds of subjects.I believe some of these groups have chat rooms.

The easiest way to find chat rooms close to your area is to use a search engine on the internet. Just pick whichever search engine you would like and put in your location and "chat room".

You could try Yahoo. They have several different chat rooms for each state/area. AOL even has chat rooms, I think, so play around. You could also post an ad on Craigslist stating that you are wanting to meet new people, and see where that takes you. You never know what may happen!

Depending on where you are located you need to log into chat and then follow the prompts and when you get to chat go to local.
