You could contact the original manufacturer, the company that installed the windows for you, or your local hardware store. You could also search online or visit places likely to carry them such as Menard's, Hope Depot, or Ace Hardware. Also there are often shops that cater specifically to subcontractors.

You should look up the company to see if they still manufacturer parts, if this does not work then you may have to have a latch custom made for your window.

You should be able to find one at any hardware store such as lowes or home depot. If not you could probably special order one.
