Try looking online. There are lots of sites that sell obscure objects, like Craigslist, Ebay, or Freecycle. You might also try your local furniture store.

Call your local furniture renovator (you can search in yellow pages) or you can do cushion replacement with the help of online shopping site. Custom made cushions seams to be more expensive than the readily available ones.

If you cant figure out a way to make it yourself you can go to antique stores or thrift stores and find one you can screw to yours.

If they are reed woven chair seats you can make new ones with supplies from the craft store and some time. Go to your local library to find books on weaving techniques. If the seats are wooden, you can use them to trace new seats on new wood, sand, finish and replace.
