MMORPG is a general term for "Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games"... it includes quite a few games such as World of Warcraft, Rangnarok etc... Depending on the specific game you want to download, you need to go to the developer's website. Some games are not free, while some are.

If you want to download a free version of a pay for mmo then it is not possible. You will have to play on a private server and download a bootleg copy. It's illegal.
