J.K. Rowling wrote the HP books, which are sold by the publisher to the public. The author deserves to be paid for her work. You may find an illegal site where you can d/l the text, but there is no legitimate site that promotes the stealing of copyrighted works.

You will not be able to get Harry Potter free online, unless you break the law by pirating it. Do an online search; "free e-books."

Try first. If they don't have free e-books, you should do a Google search with the keyword "free e-books for download" into the search box and see what happens.
