Every car is different, but you should let any car warm up for 5-10 minutes, no matter what. It's most important when it's cold outside.

Only cars with old fashioned carburetors need to be warmed up. Newer cars with electronic fuel injection prime before starting and have no choking mechanism making warmup unnecessary.
