I suggest just putting the food in a baking pan and heating it up in the oven so that it will heat all of it.

The microwave is the best for heating your leftovers but you have to stay with it and turn the meat and saurkraut over and stir. Use 50% power.

My favorite. You need a saucepan with a lid. Cut the loin into 1/4 inch thick slices. Layer on bottom of pan with a little water just so the bottom of the pan is covered with water. Add the sauerkraut to the top. Simmer on low until small bubbles form, cover and simmer on low for about 10 minutes.

The best way is to place the sauerkraut in the bottom of a baking dish and place the pork chops on the top. Add some water or even a little apple juice to keep moist. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 300 for about one half hour.
