The best way to add fiber into your diet is through your food. Food choices such as whole grain, prunes, and leafy greens provide a lot of your daily fiber needs. Also, look into the Fiber One brand, such as their cereals, snack bars, pancake mix, etc. I've added them into my diet and feel much better digestive wise.

The best way to add fiber to your diet is with fiber rich foods such a whole grain breads and pasta and fresh fruits and vegetables. It is important that you get fiber from natural sources . The bulk of fiber is what makes it healthy.

That's one way. A more natural way is simply adding whole wheat and whole grains to yoru diet. If this is not possible, then go with the Fibercon.
