What is a high fiber milk product that I can give to a three year old?

My son refuses to eat anything that is high in fiber.

Well you can basically mix the milk with bran with a hand blender. Your son won't notice the difference. Just blend it in and he won't know. Use any blender.

You could try sprinkling white chia seeds into his milk and giving him a straw to suck them up, making it a game. One tablespoon will give you around 3g of easily digested fibre. You can also sprinkle them on oatmeal, on jam and toast or just eat them alone.

The best option available here to ask your three year old son to have curd daily in the breakfast, cheese with a little bit salt in the lunch, custard made from milk in the evening and you could also try giving him banana shake, manago shake etc. which would also improve his healthy growth prospects.

Blue Diamond Almond Milk has fiber/calcium/potassium. It's low in carbs and calories. It's tasty (unlike soy milks). Get Unsweetened Original and/or Unsweetened Vanilla (sweet, yummy). Also try serving bananas, blueberries, raisins, dates, jarred stewed prunes, apricots, apple slices, and well-steamed cauliflower mashed and blended into his mashed potatoes.

There are no high fiber milk products. The only dietary sources of fiber are plant products - vegetables, fruits, and whole grains.

Milk is high in Fiber but sometimes causes constipation. Try Soy milk which has lots of fiber too and helps loosen stools.
