Apples, bananas, berries (blueberies, blackberries, raspberries) dried fruits (figs, raisins, apricots, dates), guava, kiwi, orange, pears, prunes all have good fiber. Vegetables that have good fiber content are mushrooms, unpeeled potatoes, canned pumpkin, peas (black-eyed peas, green peas), peppers, rhubarb, spinach and sweet potatoes. You should also try bran cereal like Raisin Bran, Corn Flakes, or Honey Bunches of Oats.
