Without knowing the make, model, an year it is impossible to say. You should call around to your local dealer and auto repair shops and have them give you a quote. This will be much more accurate anyway.

A timing belt should go for around 70 dollars or less depending on were you would get it from Midas shop if you have heard of that they are onley 70

You will have to take it in and get it checked out. Have an estimate on it. That is the only way you will find out how much it is.

This is hard to say. Not know the car makes it even harder. You can call around to get estimates but it will vary depend on a lot of things.
