There are several picture Bibles on the market at a variety of prices. The best thing to do is to go to a book shop and have a look at any they might stock as I'm sure some will be better than others. Alternatively, go onto Amazon and browse the choices on there.

There are children's Bibles, which are mainly storybooks that detail stories of the Bible that children can understand. There are some like The Jesus Storybook Bible, The Beginner's Bible, and Bedtime Bible Story Book. You can also start to read verses to a child at that age from the Bible.
