There is too much pressure in your breast from all the milk that you are carrying, hence why it leaks or sprays from overflow. It is normal, so no worries.

This is common and normal. When baby cries or reaches for the breast (or sometimes just when you're about to nurse), your body automatically signals the milk to rush toward the nipple to be ready. If your baby's mouth isn't there to catch it, it can just spray out.
