They are most likely not related, unless you are or have been on steroids, either for leisure or medical reasons. Extended or excessive steroid use can cause lactation and diarrhea.

One cause may be birth control. The hormones in birth controls can cause a shift in the bodies natural balance and cause spantaneous lactation. Besides birth control, other types of hormones can cause the body to produce more prolactin which cause the breasts to produce milk. Consult your physician.

One possibility is hyperprolactinemia. Prolactin (produced by the pituitary gland) can cause secretion of milk from the breasts in women. Hyperprolactinemia is a medical condition in which the body produces excessive prolactin, which can result in spontaneous flow of breast milk, even if a woman is not pregnant or nursing.

Some possible causes of breast discharge and diarrhea are congenital adrenal hyperplasia (which is a genetic disease that affects the adrenal glands) and a thyroid abnormality.

Seek a doctor asap. Anything that is related to the breast area can be something you need to have looked at. I don't think the two are related.
