If the baby teeth are loose, you need to work on getting the baby teeth out. If they are not loose, your dentist may need to remove the baby teeth.

If you have permanent teeth growing in behind your baby teeth then you will have to go to your dentist. Our dentist will probably extract your baby teeth.

The dentist can remedy this problem. If the baby teeth are not yet loose, the dentist may choose to extract them to avoid pain and alignment problems with the teeth. However, if they are loose then they may not have to do anything.
