If you are represented by counsel, they should not even be talking to you without your lawyer present, and you should bring this up with your lawyer. If you do not have a lawyer, they should really only be telling you to get one. Harassing an adverse party is unethical, and you or your lawyer should notify the judge.
In my Pro Se case #10-12205-FF at the USCA 11th cir., the defense submitted a motion that LIED about what I agreed to, I notified the judge who dismissed my case asserting it was frivolous. Lawyers said I did not have a case because I am white! add a comment
