The neerves of the upper thigh are from the lumbar or sacral plexus of the body. These plexus innervate the lower legs

There are so many nerve in upper thigh. But i think your sciatic nerve. If you have some problem you may consult. It would be diagnosed with CTscan,MRIscan and ELECTROMYOGRAM.
