A think a lot of it is attitude, looking confident no matter what you're wearing goes a long way. However, there is a certain classic quality with being "glamorous." Wearing dramatic styles with styled hair and make-up. However, no matter how fancy your clothes are, you won't look glamorous if you're not confident.
