Premium audio systems are usually by Bose for both Infiniti and high-end Nissans. Satellite XM/Sirius is usually also an option. The factory radios are often 6 speaker and may include a hard drive for mp3 collections or an iPod charger/sync dock or cable. Some factory units have steering wheel mounted controls. Other systems must fit the specific vehicle wiring harness.

This will likely depend on which year Infiniti you are referring to. I think a lot of that time they install BOSE sound systems into their cars, which are very nice sound systems.
