First check to see if you have turned the fuel valve below the tank into the on position. Then check to be sure the plugs are firing.

It is either not getting a good spark or sufficient fuel. You need to inspect both systems and make sure both are functioning properly.

Well you need to make sure it is getting enough fuel and spark. Make sure that it has a solid spark and is getting fuel.

Well if it not starting, then there must be something wrong with the engine. The parts may be worked up or over heated. You may want to add some antifreeze to the engine.

Check the spark plug and wire's.If all is good then check to see if the carburetor is getting fuel by pulling off the gas line.If the gas was not turned off that some time's make's a engine super hard to start after a few week's of sitting.Be sure to check the starter also.

First pull each plug one at a time to make sure that it is firing correctly and is not dirty or damaged. Then check to make sure it has fuel.

you need to see if it is getting any spark to the plug. sometimes a fouled plug will cause the engine not to start.
