You can play around with sectionals and break them up into pieces that make sense. For example, separate the three seater from the loveseat and place a table in between. You can also try angles, if you have the space to do so.

You can take it apart and use the pieces around the room. You can make it L-shape. Leave as a sofa with an end table and lamp.

Your sectional sofa should come with basic instructions on putting it together, if your room is large have it away from the wall so that you can walk behind it or have an occasional table behind it for displaying pictures. Make certain that you leave enough room to walk around it as well.

Most people put the wedge-shaped piece in a corner and others to either side; arm pieces on the ends. But the whole point is you can do whatever you want!
