Can I move a sofa bed through a 31 inch doorway?

This depends on how big the sofa bed is, and also how big the hallway is in your apartment building. If the sofa is narrow enough, and the hallway is wide enough to move straight through the doorway with no angle, you may just be able to fit it through.

it should be fine. although you will probably have to turn the sofa bed sideways and "roll" the sofa thought he doorway.
