Lillies can be arranged like any other flower you would cut. The stems should be cut at an angle before they are put in the vase of water. You might want to consider removing the stamens before you put them in the vase. The pollen is messy and might get on clothes or furniture if someone bumps or touches them.

If you mean arranging them to grow in your garden,, they prefer good drainage. So rocky soil is ideal for them, it is not necessary either to remove of divide the bulbs every year, but every 2-3 years. If you mean arrange them in a vase, Use some greenery like long spindle looking leaves with them.

Lilies bruise easily, so handle them gently. Put each lily in the vase one at a time, and turn the vase as you go. Keep the blooms facing outward. Remove the anthers, because they can stain clothing and furniture. Cut the stems and put more food in the water every two to three days.

Lilies should be arranged closely together so that the roots aren't spread too far apart. They grow best in clusters.

Well, there is no restriction on arranging the lilies. Just be sure to arrange them to your liking and your preferences. Again, also take care and water them properly as that is key to optimal blooming.
