I would definitely utilize the fire place as a focal point for your arrangement. Place the one couch facing the fire place and the second couch against the picture wall with the table accessible to both couches. This would open up your windows for light and views too.
The two couches will go along the window and empty space. Depending on how big the table is it can go against the picture wall or the empty side space.
