Depending on the issue, a Superman comic varies in value. As time goes on, the comic can increase in value, thus making this comic very popular collector item. I would go to the local comic book store to find out the value of the comics that you are looking for specifically and they can tell you the prices.

Depending on the circa date is how much your comic will be worth. If it is an older one, yes it will gain in value. Newer ,not so much.

The value depends on which comic that you have. When comic books were originally released they didn't mass produce them like they do now. The earlier comic that you have the more value it is likely to hold. Once comicbooks were mass produced and you could find them every where then their values started to decrease.
