Doomsday was created to be the perfect living being. A scientist named Bertron placed a lab grown humanoid infant on the surface of Kyrpton that was immediately killed by the environment. Then then cloned it and repeated this making it stronger. This gruesome experience make him extremely bloodthirsty and powerful.

Doomsday is a nearly mindless,berserk killing machine with no feelings apart from unfocused hatred,murderous rage,and the sheer malicious joy of distruction. The place of origin is 'Kripton',published by DC comics created by Dan Jurgens.His first appearance is 'Superman:The Man of Steel.
