If the cavities are minor, they will be filled. If severe, it may require a cap. If drastic or bad enough to kill the root, it may be better to pull the tooth and let the adult teeth come in.
It depends on the individual and how much longer the baby teeth will be in the mouth. If the baby teeth will be in the mouth for a while a fillings is adequate.
They will deal with it depending on how bad it is. From my experience with my kids alot of baby teeth don't even need novacane because they are not that bad of a cavities. They will fill them or if they are due to come out they may not do anything.
Cavities in baby teeth need to be treated the same as permanent teeth. The treatment should consist of getting the teeth filled with the proper material recommended by your family dentist.
