A fruit and water diet would probably be the most effective "diet" in so far as dropping weight quickly but it is not the safest way to go.

There really is no good 3 day diet. It's more like yo-yo dieting. If you really need to lose the weight, try the lemonade diet. You will feel horrible for the first 3 days then the 4th day you will feel great.

Starve yourselves but you will loose the charm from your face and your brain will make you think that the whole earth is on your shoulders and Atlas has taken a break. Unfortunately, there is none as far as I know but if you have seven days of time then the GM's diet is the best and proven way.

There is none. If you diet for 3 days you might lose water but not real weight. You need to not think of it as a diet but a change in your life. Cut back. No fast foods, eat fruits and vegetables and push yourself away from the table.
