Bicycle would be my guess. China has over a billion people and they ride bicycles prevalently. In 3rd world or remote countries horses are still used. The electric car and eventually the flying car will become the future of transportation.
Most common mode is trucks. These are used by each organizations to transport their products to one process unit to another or to the market. It is used for intercity as well as inter country transportation.
