The best way to warm up before playing a flute is to complete a round of long tones, harmonics, and then scales. Be sure to warm lips and fingers.

Best way to warm up for a flute performance is to loosen up your lip and face muscles, then stretch out your neck and shoulder muscles then keep stretching your arms and then your fingers.fter you have fully relaxed your body from unnecessary tension, play a couple of scales and either the beginning or ending of your piece.

The best way to warm up for a flute performance is first to play the flute. You must warm up the instrument before it be can tuned. This allows for the person playing the flute to warm up their lungs and lips. Next the flute must be tuned to a piano. The player should play a full scale in tune.

The best way is to get warm so everything is warm and then you are warmed up and ready to play the snot out of that flute. Just don't get it on the audience.
