The best way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more. Do not eat a snack after the evening meal. Drink water instead of soda. Eat fruit instead of sweets. Increase the amount of exercise you do every day. Stop eating when you are no longer hungry. Take smaller portions in your meals.
