                                                          Assuming you are female, a quick way to accomplish this is to completely cut-out foods with sodium.  Also, increase your intake of protein, and decrease your amount of carbs.  Do not starve yourself!  Diet, accompanied with exercise (weights and cardio) should allow you to achieve the result you want.
