How can I lose 30 lbs. in 2 months?

I am going to a class reunion and must lose this weight in 2 months.

Use an online calculator to determine how many calories you need to eat each day to maintain your current weight. Cut this by 750 calories to lose a pound and a half a week. Exercise for one hour every other day will take care of the rest!

Assuming you are female, a quick way to accomplish this is to completely cut-out foods with sodium. Also, increase your intake of protein, and decrease your amount of carbs. Do not starve yourself! Diet, accompanied with exercise (weights and cardio) should allow you to achieve the result you want.

The best plan to looss weight is Weight Watchers and you must follow it to a tee. Eating on a smaller plate and eating smaller portions also will work as long as you eat the right food. Cut out fast food, pop, candy and pastries and do some excersing.

First consult your doctor.Try to eat healthy, small portions - lots of fruit and veg, no saturated fats, pastries, fried food,snacks, and exercise - swim or take walks each day.

You must need a lot of discipline, dedication and help of others. You must go to the exercise center like fitness first. And help your self. Follow the rules of your trainer. By taking a small amount of food. Eat oatmeal, wheat breads, and healthy foods. Remember there's no shortcut. No guts no glory.

It is not really safe to try to drop this much weight in 2 months. A more realistic goal is 2 lbs a week, which is a 16lb loss. I suggest both diet and exercise. Concentrate on building muscle, because it will also burn fat. Make sure you exercise as much as possible and eat healthy appropriate portions.

The main things to concentrate are diet and exercise. you have to take balanced diet and don't skip food. have brisk walk daily for about one hour. I prefer yoga for weight loss it will give best result. don't believe in powders and fat burning pills. Hard work and confidence only will help you to reduce weight.

I too am trying to lose weight again and what I am doing is watching what I eat very carefully, not to the point of weighing my food, or counting calories, but watching what goes in and I am walking two miles a day and doing aerobics as well. Step up the exercising!
