Try outdoor stores like REI or EMS or Hudson Trail Outfitters to find hats off season. If it's not off season you can find pleanty of options at general stores like Target.

Department stores would have them in season. Check K-Mart, Kohls, and Walmart. Also Sears and Target would have this item. J. C. Penney would have this item.

You might want to check out where you live, as most places have hat stores. There are also carts in open air malls that carry hats. Or check online.
