BATMAN RETURNS, is the best batman movie, Nolan's movies are fantastic dont get me wrong but they"re almost TOO serious, Batman returns is one of those movies you can watch again and again, its moody, dark, and the characters are great!

Batman returns is the best. It has Michael Keaton as Batman in it who is the best actor. Catwoman is great. The Penguin is my favorite villian. Shreck is so cool. And it is directed by the best, and one and only Tim Burton. add a comment

The Dark Knight is one of the best movies ever made. The story is very well told, both visually and through the characters' development, which is richly portrayed. The carryover from the first movie is complete, and the use of symbolism and foreshadowing throughout is tremendous. The performances were unbeatable.
A tie between Dark Knight and Batman Begins. You don't even think of them as a Batman film, just a really good one. Third in my opinion would probably be Batman, then Batman Returns, Batman Forever, and Batman and Robin dead last. That movie was pretty awful.
Michael Keaton was a great Batman, and while Clooney should've made a good one, too, the movies he was in were just too weak otherwise. Christian Bale is of course a wonderful actor and brings gravitas to the role, but Nolan's films are too heavy with too little action.
i really think that both nolan movies were great but i would have to admit that the dark knight is my favorite movie ever because of harvey dent(aaron ekchart) and the awesome heath ledger as the joker i really loved batman begins but the dark knight is the best ever
Batman was the best. Only Michael Keaton was able to capture the true duality of personality to carry the edginess of the Batman character through the plot of the movie.
Jack Nicholson, while not as engrossed as Heath Ledger, also carried the plot and added levity. as the Joker.
Batman Returns is best with Batman very close second. Nolan ones are awesome but get too wrapped up in being serious and realistic. Batman Forever suffers from being tarred with the same brush as Batman and Robin and is a misunderstood. And lets not forget Mask of Phantasm.
Nolan's The Dark Knight is the best, come on! It wasn't perfect, and Bale was probably the least well-rounded of any of the actors, but it's still fantastic.
Tying for 2nd:"Batman: Under the Red Hood" (2010), "Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker" (2000), and "Batman: Mask of the Phantasm" (1993)
I like BATMAN BEGINS the best because the story was the best. Also you got to see Batman still learning to adjust to his new role while making mistakes along the way.
mine is batman forever because jim carrey is brilliant playing the riddler and batman begins would be a lot better with more of the scarecrow in it [scarecrow best vilian by far] hated batman returns :[
Batman Returns the sequel to the original is by far the best of all of the batman movies. It's the darkest one and has the most action involving Batman of any of the movies. The Dark knight would be second.
Nolan's Batman movies are good but hardly "best movies ever" in any general sense. Micahel Keaton's "Batman" captured the right balance of darkness, drama, action, and a touch of levity.
The best Batman movie so far is Batman. I enjoy the Tim Burton series and feel that Michael Keaton has made the best Batman so far. I especially like Batman because it had Jack Nickelson as the Joker. Heath Ledger did an excellent job, but I found Nickelson far more humorous.
The original Batman with Micheal Keaton is the best batman movie so far. I think that the original characters did a great job, and even though there are many sequels. I just really believe that the first one can not be beat. this is my own opinion.
The best Batman movie so far is 'The Dark Knight' starring Heath Ledger and Christian Bale. It is difficult to encapsulate in words why it is so good; it creates a totally unique cinema experience. On top of the atmosphere there is Heath Ledger's brilliant performance as the Joker, in my opinion the greatest villain performance of all time.
Batman returns. Tim Burton made the world of Batman so awesome. Nolan's Dark Knight is good but I'm not worried about how in real life right now how a person can become Batman. Burtons just told a story and didn't worry about all the technical stuff.
Michael Keaton had the intellect and the sophistication to play both Batman and Bruce Wayne over all the other movie Batman's in my opinion. Irreguardless of hisheight and physical stature. He simply "WAS" Batman.
Batman returns is the best. It has Michael Keaton as Batman in it who is the best actor. Catwoman is great. The Penguin is my favorite villian. Shreck is so cool. And it is directed by the best, and one and only Tim Burton. add a comment
