It is cancer which infects only one cell. If it is benign, the cancer will only be a growing tumor. If it is malignant, the cancer can destroy cells and spread to other parts of the body.

Single cell carcinoma can mean one of at leas two different conditions. Single cell can mean not in a large mass, because the cancer can't make the body generate blood vessels to feed it. It can also mean a cancer that does not form masses, period, that breaks off and spreads easily, like spilling rice on the floor.
