Try replacing your backs with pencil erasers. Cut the eraser off of a new pencil and use that as the back of your earring. Just push the post through--it's spongy. That should be easier to remove.
One way (Did you mean post earrings? ) is to cut the backs off with a wire cutter. You may have one of these lying around in the garage at home. A jewelry wire cutter (which can be purchased at most craft stores) would be easiest to handle.
