There could be many reasons why a cat could have a pink growth it could be simple such as a grass seed embedded into the flesh but it could be more sinister so it would be best to take your cat to thevets for a checkup and diagnosis.

if it is a small, round growth it is most likely a cyst, which is usually harmless and can be removed by the vet.

A pink growth could be a tumor of some sort, or something embedded in the skin that needs to be removed. Either way the cat should go to the vet to make sure it's nothing serious.

There can be lots of reasons for any kind of growth, including a tumor or bite wound. I would suggest taking the cat to a veterinarian to be sure this isn't something that needs to be looked at by a doctor.

Any kind of growth on an animal should be looked at by the veterinarian. Cat's get warts and skin tags just as people do. At the same time, it is important to make sure that the growth isn't a sign of something more serious. By the time an animal is suffering, it is often too late to rectify the situation.
